Where is the best duplex, triplex market in Florida?

Hello guys,

Any Florida real estate investors keen to a duplex, triplex market where there's a decent market for it? With cashflow being #1 criteria. And actual options being #2 criteria.

I've looked in central Florda around Orlando and the market is subpar from an options perspective.
