Wise real estate investing
Looking to house hack in the Newark/northern Nj area . As a newbie I understand that’s there always gonna be risk involved with rental properties, I’m determined to lower those risks as much as possible .
I’m looking to invest into a strong growing market with gentrification, population and job trending is moving steadily upwards . My ultimate plan is to cash flow and live for free or very cheap . Any helpful tips or advice would be very appreciated
