Rental Property investor from Massachusetts

I just licensed my LLC, credit is low to qualify for loan. I decided to add a good credit partner to the LLC to get loan from the bank. I afraid since I don't have the credit the bank might not add me to the loan and we might not be able to put the property in the name of the LLC either. Please advise.
