RE investment in metro Detroit

Ali Beydoun
Posted

Hello peeps,

A little about me, from nyc in the food truck business for 11 years, 36 years old moving to the Detroit metro area and looking to invest in the real estate market either to flip or rent. I have about 150k cash to play with.

Any thoughts on where I should look, how to find and look for good investment deals? Will this be a bad idea?

I’m very new to this, I’ve been doing a lot of reading and research. Figure I can maybe pick some smart brains on here :) much appreciated!!
