New member here. A 34 year old family man entrepreneur who just moved to Naples FL. I’ve decided my next business will be real estate investing. This area is great, because, while we do have the option to invest in areas that rely on seasons and STR's, there's also great opportunity for long term investing in both small and large multi-family. I feel that's why so many investors are attracted to the area, it truly has a little bit to offer to everyone!
