Hello,

I’m a 19 year old who’s started taking action to acquire my first rental property. I decided to start out locally for my first property since I’m able to better understand the areas of Houston as opposed to out of city/state investing.

I’m looking for experienced investors to offer any kind of guidance you believe would be beneficial. Or if I could somehow learn from you personally I’d be open as well. I strongly desire to create a life for myself working upon building my assets and putting my money to work as opposed to working until I’m 40-50 and just getting by. If there’s any kind of resources you recommend personally or any type of creative ideas that you feel like has helped you in your journey, please feel free to let me know. I’m willing to listen and learn on my path to freedom.
