Organization is crucial for me! Spreadsheets?
My partner and I just purchased our first investment property (we close on 10-14!)... it's very exciting, but I am trying to keep organized. I would like to keep track of all expenses and incoming rent as well as keep an organized summary of all properties with purchase prices, ROI, detc. I want to know how do you all keep organized and what things do you keep track of with all properties?
