Hi Has anyone had experience in Mentone/Redlands Ca? I bought a property with a single family home & five units. I'm looking to divide the parcel, separate the home from the units, sell the single family home, and then reinvest in more units. Does anyone have experience in Mentone/Redlands? Are they usually friendly on subdivisions? Best Regards
