Stock Purchasing with Passive Income
I'm wondering if anybody has set up stock purchasing through cash flow from rental properties. I already have two retirement plans set up through my W-2 job. I was thinking about investing maybe 10% of cash flow into stock purchases in a way to try to compound the cash flow for another real estate purchase. Any insight from someone who has done this?

I mean it's just a brokerage account with a few extra steps, it will obviously work if you invest in low cost index funds and are willing to leave the money alone for a while. Biggest thing is if you are willing to wait another 6 months or so to get your money back out if the investments were down at the time you needed funds.
