I always hear you can get 10 homes in your personal name with a conventional bank loan. But i'm not sure what wage I need to make or the average cost of the 10 single family homes for me to reach that goal. So can someone with 10 homes in there personal name tell whats the target income and the average cost of the 10 home and rent rate to get ten properties in your name? Maybe Biggerpockets can do a webinar on this topic. Also its based on if you have no debt in your personal name just only the 10 rental properties on your credit.
