Just starting out and looking for advice....

Good day everyone! I bought my first home around a year and a half ago. It’s my primary residence and I have made significant equity since we bought it (around 80k). I have thought about pulling an equity line and using that money to invest. Is this smart or should I wait and save up or look elsewhere?
