Should I buy chocolates from a chocolatier & property owner?
From the Hamilton County property records, I can find out more about the sellers of the rental properties I intend to buy or already have under contract. I found out that the seller of the 4plex that I have under contract in OH is a chocolatier candy maker in Cincinnati, OH at https://threebsweets.com/pages/about-us. As a big fan of all things sweet and chocolate, I want to do a bulk business purchase of a chocolate package for myself and the buyer's realtor to be delivered at closing date as a way to celebrate. Is this creepy or not creepy? Good idea or bad idea?? Where is Emily Post to help guide me if this is a good idea or bad idea?

@Susan Tan I think this is a great idea. It adds a really nice personal touch that someone from the midwest should love.
