Need help with market Place add.

I upped my membership so I could put an ad in marketplace and when I uploaded the pictures they went black and I couldn’t figure out how to take them down and put ones that wasn’t black. They weren’t black until I uploaded on the marketplace. Not sure what to do. I sent an email two days ago and nobody helped us.

If I totally delete it and try to put it back it might do it again and then that’ll be another one of my measly three post that I can do per month.
