New to Real Estate (looking for advice)

Hi Everyone! I am currently 22 and have been in the process of gaining my real estate license after graduating from college with a degree in psychology and a minor in business. After starting my license I began to realize that there is a lot of money to be made in real estate investment especially if you have renters haha. 

I am using this post as a means of connecting with anyone that would be willing to give me knowledge on how to go about investing and just some general tips. I am here to learn! Thank you!!
