Conventional loans with short seasoning period
Hello Everyone, Bigger Pockets!
I recently learned that when buying a house with cash, most conventional mortgage lenders have a six month title seasoning period before closing on a mortgage. Does anyone know if there are local lenders who are willing to provide conventional loans with a seasoning period of fewer than six months and if so the best way to find them? I invest primarily in San Antonio, TX.
Thanks for the help!

No, it’s a Fannie rule, not the individual lenders.
