Opinion on Hotel/Condos
Hey all,
I am just looking for anybody's opinion on investing in Hotel/condo's in Florida. The HOA and the property management fee's I think are too high at a place I'm looking at. But the prices of the units at the location are somewhat cheap and are rated as a 4-star hotel. A friend who has experience with investing purchased one and is adamant about the possible change with fees associated with the property management. It seems like people are running away from it because of COVID and the economy. This is for a long term buy and hold.
