Project Manager in Atlanta/ Decatur

Posted

Good day everyone! I would like to get your insights if it's wise or better to have one or multiple project managers for my fix and flip business. I want to make sure that everything will be handled with multiple projects that I will be having in a couple of weeks and I want to get ideas if it is advisable to have multiple project managers or stick to one and let him handle everything.

I know I posted about this before, and I received great ideas about it. I am now in need of recommendations if you know someone to be a project manager for my fix and flips.

Thank you all so much!
