80911 Is the Reason We Tell People to Buy in SE Colorado Springs

80911 listed as top real estate market by realtor.com. I realize these "lists" are a dime a dozen, but we've been telling our clients to purchase in South East Colorado Springs for some time now because it's relatively cheap compared to the rest of Colorado Springs, has a fluid tenant pool and is slated to get quite a few new job heavy developments, including Amazon, Space Force and Aerospace corp.

Colorado Springs Amazon center and other commercial development

  • Amazon - mid 2021 (Peak Innovation Park), hiring 1000 workers
  • National Museum of WWII Aviation
  • US Forest Service, $20 million base
  • Sierra Nevada Corp, $7.5 million
  • Aerospace Corp, $100 million project, employ 200 people
  • + 2 hotels
  • + supposed $10 million boost to the airport
  • + space force if it happens
