Just closed on second property! What now?

I Just closed on my second property! After ten long years of ups and downs it finally happened and I got myself a primary recidence.

I plan on house hacking this property. I've started the rehab potion which is mostly paint and carpet which I plan on getting done in two weeks or less of possible. Then I'll be moving in. I'm incredibly excited to get this going and then start to learn more about other types of financing besides conventional so I can start building a solid base of experience and knowledge.

How long did you guys wait to get your second or third properties? Did you wait until one was stabilized before you started on the next or was it a free for all, spree killing type situation?
