The book Retire Early with Real Estate has many good points on developing your long range plan of investing.  Whether your goal is to add cash flow to your current income or create a long range plan to retire early, this book will give you great ideas to develop your plan.  It’s an easy read with lots of great content.  If you’ve read it, what concepts were inspirational to you?  If you haven’t read it, it’s definitely worth your time.
