NY Capital Region - Troy NY
All,
My partners and I are highly motivated and interested in investing in Upstate NY area and have honed in on Troy NY. From previous posts, it seems to be a mixed bag of reviews. In some posts, some talk about the property values being overheated and some mention the areas not being safe. Does anyone have any recent experience ?
We are looking for deals in Troy and property managers ASAP. Thanks in advance !

Hello, I invest in Troy NY. You really have to do your research on the different areas because some places are absolutely safe and beautiful but two streets away may be the total opposite. DM me if you have any questions, I am from Troy.
