Looking for website suggestions

I recently bought http://turnkeylist.com and http://syndicationlist.com and am trying to decide what to do with these sites. I was thinking about making them a Yelp-like site that has information about turnkey or RE syndicators. It could maybe include information about the businesses, or possibly any upcoming deals. But I'm not sure how valuable this would be, as it seems most people who work with syndicators get there through word-of-mouth recommendations. And turnkey operators seem the same.

I'm at a bit of a loss. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.
