AlumiConn wiring reliability

Went under contract on a townhouse that post inspection found out it had the AlumiConn wiring? I've read this is a reliable alternative to copper. Does anyone have any experience/stories/etc with the pigtailed wiring and advice on whether we should continue with this deal?
