Can i turn Personal residence into an LLC?

Can I make payments to my personal residence turned LLC then cash out later to purchase more properties? We are about to refinance which would increase cash flow and build for more real estate. Currently we have 3 rentals that are attached to same property and my goal was to put all under 1 LLC then build on this at other locations . I just wanted to do this in the right order before we moved out in case the cost of refinancing would be more as an LLC. New to rental ownership. This would put us mortgage free with cash flow from all properties combined. Thanks in advance for all your advice.
