Where should a 22 year old with no experience start?

So I’m 22, in my last year of college. I want to get into the real estate game. I have about $116,000.00 in my savings. I just began learning about this in the last month. I am currently reading the book on rental real estate investing.

I have a few questions.

In the book, Mr.Turner says if you want to hustle you can hustle. But how can you hustle if you only have enough cash for just a house or two?

I want to start investing, but I also do not want to wipe out my savings, is this unrealistic?

Am I being too ambitious? Should I wait till I graduate?

If it isnt to ambitious, where should I begin?

I would like to start becoming financially wealthy as soon as possible, rather then waiting for life to come to me.
