How much does it cost to do 1000sqft townhome renovation(major)

I'm thinking about buying cheap foreclosure townhome(1000sqft 1bd, 1ba)  I'm trying to find out the average cost of major renovation in the interior.  foundation is already set but I just need to gut out and rebuild this home. it's located in maryland.  If you guys can tell me average cost or recommendation of cheap renovation construction company, that will be great.  Thanks!!
