Hi All!

I’m getting away from doing flips and I’m looking for long term cash flow such as rentals. I recently looked at a property that would get me 4 rental properties in one buy all done the only thing is the work was done not permitted any ideas/suggestions or advice on this, it would be so helpful

Thank you!

@Evan Rodriguez it likely depends on the market. I'd talk to some local agents or even rehab crews and get their 2 cents. If it's a market that doesn't implement mandatory city inspections and it's very common, as long as a licensed inspector said that things look good/safe it might not be a deal-breaker!
