Hey Everyone!

Can you please share some of the best books you’ve read on rental property investing? Looking to educate myself more on it before making any moves! I read rich dad poor dad and although I got a lot out of the book it is more inspirational then technical, looking to learn more technical information about negotiating, making leases, hiring property management/contractors, financing etc.
