Financing options through a LLC

My mother, sister and I own a property in Hampton, Virginia that we have been renting out for a few years. The property does not have any debt. The property is owned by a LLC that the three of us control. Now, we would like to expand our business and purchase another rental property, hopefully leveraging our rental property that has been generating income. Does anyone have any advice as to what our next steps should be? Does anyone have any recommendations regarding financing through our LLC?
