What are you using to keep track of everything

What is everyone using to keep track of rental expenses? I have been doing a excel spreadsheet one for each of my properties and at the end of the year I use numbers (app on iPhone) for a full year report. As I get more and more rentals I think I can afford to spend money on a easier way to keep track of everything. Let me know what you use and how many properties you have.
