How to find a Broker that’s willing to work with me
I’m new to real estate investing, but I’m thinking of getting my real estate license, not to actively sell property to clients, but to more easily and conveniently purchase my own properties. I wouldn’t be against occasionally helping others as their agent, but I’m not interested in doing it as a full time thing. I’m wondering if it would be possible to get a broker to work with me even though I wouldn’t help buy or sell properties very often. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
