New out of state REI in Cincinnati

We are new, out-of-state investors looking for buy and hold rental properties in Cincinnati. We are looking to visit Cincinnati in the next few weeks - likely the week of the 24th and would love to network a bit. Are there any events that week? I saw in other posts something about the last Tuesday of the month? We would also love to talk to some agents, property managers, contractors, etc.! Thanks in advance!
