Business Structures with Lenders
Do lenders typically not like it when one business owns another business? I have an LLC Licensed and Established in TX for flipping. It is owned by an S-Corp in WY. Just had a lender deny me because they don't allow entities to be owned by other entities. Is this pretty typical? or do most lenders not care?
