Hi my Name is Angel and I live in La Quinta, Ca. I'm new to BiggerPockets. I am trying to Narrow Down 3 states outside California to research & purchase my first BRRRR property. I'd like to purchase my first property in a state close to California, but I am not opposed to anywhere. Looking forward to soaking up as much knowledge as I can on here. Thanks in Advance.
