40+ Million Renters on the cusp of Eviction

On August 7th the National Low Income Housing Coalition released the analysis of the state of the US rental market.  If no action is taken, at worst case 43 million Americans could be facing eviction very soon.  

Interesting read on what likely won't happen (worst case scenario) with additional support coming, hopefully.  

But what happens when the fire hose shuts off?  How are you mitigating risk with your current tenants and future acquisitions?
