Hi everyone,

I have 2 long term friends, and we are planning to form a team to invest in real estates. We would like our entity name or company name (not yet established) to be on the title of any property that we acquire. What the best form of partnership would you recommend in our case?

I have heard LLC, Sole Proprietorship but still get lost of which can benefit us most. Will greatly appreciate your sharing of experience, advise and opinions!
