Direct Mail Campaign - Hampton Roads

Hey BP! Looking to start a direct mail campaign in Hampton Roads, VA. I'm looking to target owners that don't live in their properties. Anyone have reliable sources for absentee owner lists?

Many thanks!

Hey Akiem, ListSource.com and propstream are both good choices. I'd suggest pulling a couple different types of lists to see whos motivated in your area. Distressed lists (liens, forclose, probate for example) are always popular and good to add to a larger abesentee/equity list. Be persistent and market through as many channels as you can.
