Did not file taxes on my rental property
I own 2 properties. Live in one and rent the other. I am trying to get pre approved to purchase another property but I did not file taxes for my rental property. My broker is telling me I won’t get pre approved because on paper it shows I pay 2 mortgages. Is there a way around this? Should I file taxes now? How do I not owe after I file?
