Contractors in Nashville & surrounding areas wanted

I'm new to the Nashville area and I'm looking for some quality contractors. I'm planning on moving to Nashville in a couple of months, so I need a contractor that can work with remote investors and flips.

As you all know, contractors can be tricky to work with, so I figured a great way to get solid referrals was to ask on here! I've done a few small rehabs on my own rentals from a distance, but never a full flip. I'm excited to jump in!
