Investing in HUD homes
I have come across a great property. The HUD price is 22000 the rehab will be in the estimated on the high end of 20000. This property is set up as a duplex, but it does not have seperate entrances (not a problem). My situation is this; if I partner with someone what should I exect as far as an agreement? This is the only way for me to get into the investment game, ie...Low Credit Scores and now money up front. I am looking for any thing that I should look out for in the agreement between me and the partner.
