Real Estate Question
After finally finding a property I was comfortable with for a first investment, I bid on a house that was listed for 98K. I bid 92K. There was another offer that went in the same day. The other offere was accepted. I was told it was close, but they went with the other offer.
Sales information was made public. The house sold for 80K. Buyer was the listing agent herself.
What is your thoughts?
