Celebrate real estate deals on social media w/o sounding cocky

I am a rookie at real estate investing and would like help on how we should announce to our friends and family we are interested in purchasing rental properties in our area. We are specifically looking for duplex and triplex properties off market. We recently paid off our primary property and purchased our first single family property in May and we are closing on a quadplex townhouse in September.

The post would celebrate our recent purchase on the quadplex and request friends and family to send us leads if they hear anyone might be selling or notice any properties for sale by owner. I thought of offering a finders fee of $250 or so if we end up closing on the property. I also don’t want to sound arrogant or cocky but at the same time we have a lot to celebrate once we close on the property.

Thank you for any advice!
