Hey Everybody! I’ve spent the last year learning as much as I can about real estate investing (I’m still learning everyday) and have been saving cash.

Now we are looking for someone to team up with and get in the game in the very competitive Maryland, VA, DC markets. Anybody that's willing to work with a newbie learning the ropes, I would love to pick your brain and team up on some deals!
