Skip tracing options

Hey everyone, hope your day is going well. I have a question. 

1. What skip tracing services are you using?

2. What percentage of phone numbers are you landing?

3. How accurate are those phone numbers?

To clarify, I'm skip tracing for the Wholesale buisness model, so i can cold call these owners, in an attempt to get them to sell me their house.

As a side note, I'm also open to helpful tips in regards to both skiptracing and wholesale buisness model
