Hi! So does anyone know anyone investing the Allentown, Bethlehem, Easton area of Pennsylvania? I would like someone’s opinion on it for rentals, plus it’s my home town so I could have trustworthy contractors & property managers on hand already so I thought it’d be a decent area to invest in
