how do you analyze your deals?
I'm interested in how others analyze your deals after they're done? Particularly want to hear your answer along with typical rehab costs (I'm thinking there's a correlation).
Profit variance (ROI, Cash on Cash return, ...)
Budget variance by material, labor, holding cost . .
ARV variance
Timeline variance
What about by room? Kitchen, new bath, landscaping variance.
