Loan officers for Mississippi.
my father-in-law is a Vietnam vet and has a big nice house in Mississippi. They are looking for someone that does loans in Mississippi to help them get a refinance and possibly pull a little bit of money out. At current they probably only owe 30% of the loan to value.

They are best off using a local bank. I've used BankPlus in the past and the refi went smoothly. I was unhappy, though, when they sold the loan to Wells Fargo who imposed different criteria for my flood insurance. I recommend TrustMark who refinanced my son's first loan, but if he is a vet why isn't he going through USAA?
