Just finalized my second multi family!

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to share the excitement of my second multi family purchase! I’m new to the investing world but I was able to achieve 5 units within two multi family’s in my first year of investing! I’m currently investing in New Haven county, CT. If there are any other investors in or close to this area that would like to network please let me know. I would love nothing more than to get out there and network with local investors seeing any new knowledge is helpful knowledge! The whole COVID thing seems like it is putting a damper on local meet ups.

Congratulations @Erik Mazzochi and welcome to the world of multi-family home ownership.   I am also in the New Haven Cty area and considering options for my next move since a recent acquisition of a 3 family.
