Investing in Brickell Miami

Hi everyone ,

I have been house hacking using my garage for the past 2 years so I decided to expand and start building my portfolio . I recently purchased a property in the Poconos and now I’m looking at a loft style apt in a luxury building sitting in the middle of Brickell Miami . Does anyone have experience in the Miami market specifically doing short term rentals in luxury buildings . I’m seeking advise , property management recommendations and experienced investment agents. Just be mindful of the HOAs and their rules when looking at places. Most HOAs don't allow it but you'll see a lot of AirBNBs in the Brickell buildings. Not exactly sure how they do it but I would definitely check with them as the fines may be expensive.
