Assignable contract on a pre-foreclosure

Hey everyone! I am new to the assignable contract portion of real estate. I have a urgent seller who wants to sell before her home goes into foreclosure ( her home is currently in the pre-foreclosure part) Am i allowed to do this deal under a assignable contract? I am located In Michigan. Thank you so much!
